Privacy Policy

AKKA is an independent game studio. This policy describes what personal data our games and this website collect, why, and how to contact us about it.
What we collect, and what we don't
Our games do not run their own backend. We do not operate servers that store player accounts, save files, or behavioural analytics.
The data flows that exist are:
- Steam services. When you play one of our games on Steam, features such as achievements, leaderboards, statistics, cloud saves, and DLC entitlement are handled by Steam (Valve Corporation). Your Steam username and SteamID may be visible to us in aggregate forms (for example, the global leaderboard), but we do not store this data outside of Steam. Steam's own privacy policy applies: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement.
- Crash reporting (Sentry). If our games crash or hit an unexpected error, an automated report containing the error message, stack trace, your operating system, game version, and a snapshot of the game state at the moment of the error (a screenshot of the game window and its on-screen layout) is sent to our Sentry account so we can fix the bug. Reports are anonymous; we do not include your Steam account, IP address, or any personal identifier. Sentry's policy: sentry.io/privacy.
- This website. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on akkadev.games. The web host (TutHost) maintains standard HTTP access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for routine operational purposes; we do not consult, export, or cross-reference these logs for any other purpose.
Player feedback and outreach
If you contact us — by email, through our public Google feedback form, or by replying to outreach we sent you — we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up. Email address and any details you choose to share remain with us only as long as needed for that conversation.
Cookies
akkadev.games does not set any cookies. Steam's storefront pages we link to may set their own; refer to Steam's policy.
Third parties
We don't sell, rent, or share player data. The only third parties involved are the platform and tooling providers above (Steam, Sentry, our web host), each acting under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what (if any) personal data we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion. Most of our data flows mean the answer is "none directly held by us, here is how to reach the platform that does," but we will respond and help you locate the right party.
